Applying for a Credit Account
To apply for a credit account, we'll need you to fill out a short credit account form. We'll also ask a few questions about how you plan to use the account, to be sure that we're providing the right account for you and to improve our services in the future. FAQs
Credit accounts are available to businesses that are registered as a limited company within the UK. If you're an individual, or aren't a limited company, then our website offers PayPal Pay Later as a convenient way to split your payment into 3 interest-free payments. Simply select PayPal Pay Later at checkout and complete the qualifying questions.
We prefer that all customers seeking a credit account have a prior trading history with us, but we understand this isn't always possible. If you are a new customer seeking credit terms please start a conversation with our sales team to help us learn more about your business and it's buying requirements.
Our standard credit terms are 30 days from the date of order, or 30 days + end of month. The amount of credit available to you will depend on an initial credit check, but is something that can be reviewed as our trading relationship and your business needs evolve.
You'll receive seperate VAT invoices by email at the time of each order, along with regular emailed statements, to help you track your spend. You can also contact us to request a statement at any time.
